About Us

Welcome to Nha Ginza Ginza, the first and only Southern Vietnamese restaurant in Türkiye. Proudly Viet-owned and operated, we bring the heart and soul of authentic Southern Vietnamese cuisine to Istanbul.

Our dishes are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local markets. For example, our pho steak (phở tái) is made with tenderloin beef instead of the traditional round cut, ensuring a richer, more delicate flavor. All of our food is halal, prepared with care and respect for tradition.

Founded in 2019 in Bodrum, we have since expanded to Istanbul. Currently, our Ortaköy branch welcomes guests to experience authentic Vietnamese food. For traditional meals, we kindly ask that you reserve 48 hours in advance. For culinary tours, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
